Local Boy Scout Pulls Friends and Family Together to Help Enhance Eagle Quest of Nevada’s Foster Kids Camp Experience

Las Vegas, NV — July 9, 2015. Eagle Quest of Nevada, a non-profit organization that supports foster children and underprivileged youth in Southern Nevada, would like to thank Boy Scout, Dallin Luth. Dallin Luth gathered over 50 friends, family members, and fellow boy scouts this past month to construct 25 8x8 wooden tent platforms for his Eagle Scout Project.

These tent platforms were created with the intent of being installed for Eagle Quest of Nevada's Bear Valley Summer Camp, which allows foster children and underprivileged youth of Southern Nevada the opportunity to have a high adventure camp experience. With activities such as horseback riding, archery, life skills training, hiking, crafts, humanitarian projects, and repelling, the Bear Valley Camp provides a very memorable experience.

Dallin Luth worked with Eagle Quest of Nevada along with the Just Serve organization for several months in order to plan, fundraise, solicit donations for, and organize the construction of the 25 wooden tent platforms. Eagle Quest Volunteers are eager to soon install the tent platforms at Bear Valley making the camp even more comfortable for its campers. Eagle Quest of Nevada is grateful for Dallin Luth and all of his hard work in bringing together our community to create a successful Eagle Project that will benefit underprivileged youth for years to come.

Eagle Quest of Nevada has many drives and volunteer opportunities throughout the year. For more information please contact us @ or visit
